How to print the cards
- Each file has two pages. Page 1 is the front with picture and saying, page 2 is the back with explanation and source.
- A6 and A5 come on an A4 sheet. With A6 there are four identical cards on the sheet, with A5 two. Fine grey lines at the edge show where to cut.
- Double-sided printing: In the print dialogue, choose “Double-sided” and “Flip on long edge”. Set the size to “Actual size” or “100 %”, not to “Fit to page”.
- Printers without double-sided printing: First print only page 1, put the sheet back in turned over, then print page 2. A test print on plain paper shows which way round the sheet must go in.
- A3 needs an A3 printer or a copy shop.
- Paper: Heavy paper of about 200 g/m² or more is suitable for cards, if your printer can handle it.
Home printers are not completely precise. The back may shift by one or two millimetres. The white margin of the cards absorbs this.
