1. Scope and provider
These terms apply to all orders in the shop shop.holokardio.online. The provider and contracting party is HoloKardio LTD. The company details are shown at the top of this page.
The shop is aimed at consumers. A consumer is any natural person who purchases predominantly for private purposes.
2. What you buy
You buy digital print files in PDF format. Each file contains the front and the back of one Dao card. Nothing is printed and nothing is shipped. You do the printing yourself.
The A6 and A5 cards come on an A4 sheet with several identical cards and crop marks. The A4 and A3 cards come as a single page in their format.
You can also buy the app “There Is Nothing to Do”. It runs in the browser on smartphone, tablet and computer. For Android devices there is also a file for installation. The app is in German.
3. Conclusion of the contract
The presentation of the cards in the shop is not yet a binding offer. By clicking “Order with obligation to pay” you submit a binding offer. Before that, you can check and change the shopping cart at any time.
The contract is concluded when the payment has been successful and we confirm the order to you by email. The confirmation contains the cards ordered, the price and the download links.
The contract languages are German, English, Bulgarian, French, Italian, Spanish, Chinese, Japanese and Hindi. We do not store the contract text separately. The confirmation email contains all details of your order.
4. Prices and discounts
All prices are final prices in euros and include VAT. There are no shipping costs.
Volume discount: from 10 cards 10 %, from 25 cards 15 %. For all 63 cards in one format, a discount of 20 % applies to that format. The number of cards in the shopping cart at the time of the order is decisive.
5. Payment
You pay via the payment service Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Limited, Ireland). The payment methods shown at checkout are available. Stripe does not pass your payment data on to us.
6. Supply of the files
After successful payment, you receive the download links immediately on the confirmation page and by email. The links are valid for 30 days. Each link can be used three times. Each print file shows your email address and the order number in the margin and is intended for your private use only. Please save the files on your device within this period.
For the app, you receive a personal activation link. It has no expiry date. With it, you can activate the app again at any time, including on further devices of your own.
If a link does not work or a file is faulty, please write to us. You will then receive the file again.
7. Rights of use
With the purchase, you receive the simple, non-transferable right to use the files for private, non-commercial purposes. You may print the cards for yourself as often as you like and give individual printouts as gifts.
The following is not permitted: passing on, selling or uploading the files to the internet, printing or selling the cards commercially, and using the drawings separately from the card.
You may use the app on your own devices. You may not pass the activation link or the Android file on to others. In case of misuse, we may block an activation link.
The rights to the drawings and the design belong to HoloKardio LTD. For the texts, each back states which source they are based on and which rights apply.
8. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you generally have a right of withdrawal. For digital content, it expires as soon as the supply begins, provided you have given your express prior consent. The details are set out in the cancellation policy.
9. Warranty and liability
The statutory rights in case of defects apply. We are liable in accordance with the statutory provisions.
The colours and sharpness of the printout depend on the printer, paper and settings. Differences resulting from this are not a defect of the file.
10. Dispute resolution
We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. If you have questions or problems, please write to us directly.
11. Applicable law
The law of the Republic of Bulgaria applies. If you are a consumer, you retain the protection of the mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which you have your habitual residence.
